\n\tRaise the Bar Youth is intended for senior students of tourism high schools in Croatia specializing as chefs, pastry chefs, waiters, hotel and tourism technicians, tourism and hotel commercialists, assistant waiters, assistant chefs and pastry chefs. The program is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Education and high schools as of the school year 2022\/2023.<\/p><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\t

\n\tThe first season of the Raise the Bar Youth program will begin in September 2022 and will take place during the school year 2022\/2023. The program consists of five online modules that students access through the\u00a0Leap Academy\u00a0<\/a>platform of the Croatian Office for Creativity and Innovation (HUKI). Every module is 45 minutes long and includes a theoretical part led by experts as well as practical experiences led by professional representatives.<\/p><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\t

\n\tThe program focuses on the development and adoption of soft and business skills that are less represented in formal education. This includes the topics communication, business planning, self-employment, teamwork and financial literacy.<\/p><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\t

\n\tStudents attend five video modules with a total duration of 3 hours and 45 minutes on their own or under the guidance of a professor through the Croatian Office for Creativity and Innovation\u2019s online platform LEAP.
