Ovaj besplatni program, koji je pokrenula Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska, namijenjen je maturantima kako bi unaprijedili svoje stru\u010dne vje\u0161tine i znanja te se pripremili za uspje\u0161nu karijeru u ugostiteljstvu i turizmu.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"wrapper wrapper__bg-color wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--40\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default wrapper__gutter-large--default\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--12\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"block-paragraph\" data-id=\"77a50aaa7f0200355b92fdd48527910e\">\n\t<p class=\"paragraph block-paragraph__paragraph\" data-id=\"8439194ec79168fd8c383dd5270f9b04\">\n\t<br>Dodatan poticaj za sudjelovanje u programu donosi i <strong>nagradni natje\u010daj<\/strong> u kojem tri najuspje\u0161nije \u0161kole o\u010dekuju vrijedne nagrade. Najbolja \u0107e \u0161kola dobiti nov\u010danu nagradu u iznosu od 5.000 eura, drugoplasirana od 3.000 eura, a tre\u0107eplasirana \u0161kola od 2.000 eura. Za u\u010denike triju najboljih \u0161kola, koji su u najve\u0107em broju sudjelovali u programu i ostvarili najbolje rezultate na kvizovima, o\u010dekuju <strong>i ekskluzivna predavanja <em>masterclass<\/em><\/strong> u njihovim \u0161kolama.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"wrapper wrapper__bg-color wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--40\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default wrapper__gutter-large--default\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--12\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"block-paragraph\" data-id=\"735730feeb279b97bac454d208a82abe\">\n\t<p class=\"paragraph block-paragraph__paragraph\" data-id=\"8bda87fa5f14a761771d6d8377c6e847\">\n\t<br>Program se sastoji od pet mre\u017enih modula uz koje \u0107e maturanti saznati vi\u0161e o komunikaciji i timskome radu, najnovijim tehnikama i trendovima u ugostiteljstvu te osnovama financijske pismenosti, ali i nau\u010diti kako izgleda poslovno planiranje i proces pokretanja vlastitoga posla. Svi su moduli dostupni na platformi kojom upravlja <strong>Hrvatski ured za kreativnost i inovacije<\/strong> (HUKI), a predava\u010di su stru\u010dnjaci iz pojedinoga podru\u010dja i istaknuti predstavnici struke.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"wrapper wrapper__bg-color wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--40\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default wrapper__gutter-large--default\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--12\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"block-paragraph\" data-id=\"58c22ba9b8d9cd1938a3edda91df720a\">\n\t<p class=\"paragraph block-paragraph__paragraph\" data-id=\"525e6e507ca9d1f43c41208c70eab7ce\">\n\t<br>Za sudjelovanje u nagradnome natje\u010daju u\u010denici trebaju poslu\u0161ati svih pet mre\u017enih modula od kojih se sastoji program i rije\u0161iti povezane kvizove. \u017dele li pak samo sudjelovati u programu, u\u010denici trebaju poslu\u0161ati tri obvezna modula i rije\u0161iti pripadaju\u0107e kvizove, nakon \u010dega mogu preuzeti digitalnu <strong>Potvrdu o zavr\u0161enome programu<\/strong> \u201eRaise the Bar Youth\u201c.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"wrapper wrapper__bg-color wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--40\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default wrapper__gutter-large--default\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--12\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"block-paragraph\" data-id=\"c07ea513111063753a67cf80620faa86\">\n\t<p class=\"paragraph block-paragraph__paragraph\" data-id=\"dc831b6a9a67e9185a164ed2fd9c9826\">\n\t<br>Do sada je <strong>gotovo 4.000 maturanata<\/strong> sudjelovalo u ovome programu, a samo u tre\u0107em izdanju program je zavr\u0161ilo <strong>1.576 maturanata iz 41 srednje \u0161kole<\/strong>, koji su ga ocijenili odli\u010dnom ocjenom od <strong>4,7<\/strong>. Pro\u0161le se godine u nagradnome dijelu natjecalo 26 \u0161kola, a pobjedu je odnijela <strong>Obrtni\u010dka \u0161kola Po\u017eega<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"wrapper wrapper__bg-color wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--40\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default wrapper__gutter-large--default\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--12\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"block-paragraph\" data-id=\"830ad3fd2e73db6c8100af72ec2880a9\">\n\t<p class=\"paragraph block-paragraph__paragraph\" data-id=\"72612a87ecaf2d31534c61a10da1a395\">\n\t<br><em>Raise the Bar Youth<\/em> tre\u0107a je sastavnica strate\u0161ke platforme <em>Raise the Bar Adria<\/em> \u010diji je cilj uskladiti vje\u0161tine i znanja ugostiteljskih i turisti\u010dkih djelatnika s potrebama poslodavaca.
