Conference, which will <\/strong>once again reveal the names of future stars of the regional hospitality scene <strong>at the bartender and barista competitions<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"wrapper wrapper__bg-color wrapper__spacing-bottom-large--40\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__container wrapper__container-width-large--default wrapper__gutter-large--default\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wrapper__inner wrapper__width-large--12\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"block-paragraph\" data-id=\"69dc88db8f1793b5db40d8d7c2604321\">\n\t<p class=\"paragraph block-paragraph__paragraph\" data-id=\"7c9f11341739c47bc4964a4ee10de79d\">\n\t<br><strong>Barista Competition: precision, creativity, and a steady hand<\/strong><br>For a chance to win a <strong>EUR 5,000<\/strong> prize and a spot at the <strong>Caff\u00e8 Vergnano World Cup<\/strong>, all baristas with at least two years of experience can apply for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raisethebaradria.com\/raise-the-bar-competition-bariste\/\">Raise the Bar Competition<\/a> for baristas by filling out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raisethebaradria.com\/natjecanje-bariste\/\">application form<\/a> and submitting a short video showcasing their latte art skills.<br><strong>On 25 March<\/strong> at Lauba, <strong>the top ten finalists<\/strong> will face a series of technical and creative challenges, judged by coffee expert <strong>Tomislav Ko\u0161uti\u0107<\/strong>, barista and owner of Four Wheel Coffee Roasters <strong>Karlo Puri\u0107<\/strong>, certified Black Coffee Examiner and international Latte Art Grading System judge <strong>Fabio Dotti<\/strong>, and <strong>Rado\u0161 Rai\u010devi\u0107<\/strong>, a World Barista Championship certified trainer.<br>\u201c<em>I would recommend that my colleagues and fellow baristas step out of their comfort zones, take the stage, and showcase their talent, because a competition like this literally changes lives<\/em>,\u201d said <strong>Petar Spudi\u0107<\/strong>, the winner of last year&#8217;s barista competition, who <strong>took second place at the 2025 Caff\u00e8 Vergnano World Cup<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div\n\tclass=\"wrapper wrapper__bg-color finals<\/strong>, held on <strong>27 March<\/strong> as part of the Raise the Bar Conference \u2013 an event where Coca-Cola HBC Adria gathers professionals from the hospitality and tourism sectors to exchange knowledge, follow global trends, and forge new collaborations.<br>&#8220;<em>I would go so far as to say that the Raise the Bar Competition is the most rigorous competition in this part of Europe because it goes beyond the classic format where a cocktail is simply made and presented.
