After reviewing all received applications and brief interviews with candidates, a Coca-Cola team of experts comprised of a recruitment specialist from the Human Resources Department and experts from the Premium Spirits Service selected the attendees of the first training cycle at the Raise the Bar Academy.

Training will begin for the selected attendees October 14 in Zagreb. Within the context of the program, attendees will learn about topics that correspond to the needs of employers from the hospitality and tourism sectors following latest global trends.

Training program attendees who successfully pass the theoretical and practical part will receive a training completion certificate that is issued by Coca-Cola HBC Croatia in collaboration with the European Bartender School and vouches for extensive employee knowledge and skills.

Congratulations to the selected attendees. All interested candidates with at least one year of work experience in the hospitality industry can apply for the second training cycle by completing the application form on Raise the Bar Academy’s website by January 31, 2020.
